How do I get a quote started?

There are a few ways you can get your quote started:

  1. Use the ‘Contact Us’ form and I will respond back within 24-hours with a quote or additional information on getting started.  
  2. Add items to your cart using the shop feature in our catalog. Once you’ve finished selecting your items, you can submit the request and you will receive a formal quote within 24-hours.
  3. Browse our Styled Collections and select one that best suits your needs. Once a request has been made on a Styled Collection, you will receive additional information or a quote within 24-hours.
  4. Give us a call at 704-927-9719.

When you’re ready to move forward with renting your desired items, send us an email specifying what you would like to rent. Please also include the date(s) and location of the event so that we may accurately quote your delivery fee. We do require a 50% non-refundable initial payment to reserve your date along with a signed rental agreement.

When should I reserve my items?

As soon as possible. We only accept a limited number of events per weekend & operate on a “first come, first serve” basis. Boutique rental inventory is also very limited, so be sure to reserve your items as soon as you can to secure your preferred choices. 

Is it possible to add or eliminate items from my order once my non-refundable initial payment has been processed and a rental agreement has been signed?

Items can be added to your order at any time, pending availability, up to 7 days before your event. Any changes requested less than 7 days from your delivery date are not guaranteed.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, your order must meet the $2,000.00 minimum.

Can I visit PR Design Styled Collection showroom?

Yes! Our showroom is located at 2750 Whitehall Park Drive in Charlotte, NC.

I only need an item for a few hours. Do you rent items hourly?

We do not quote our prices hourly. All of our pricing reflects a minimum of a 24-hour period.

Do you also provide tent, linen, and dining ware rentals?

PR Design does not provide tent, linen, or dining ware rentals; however, we are happy to refer you to our parent company Party Reflections that does!

Can I add these items to my Party Reflections order/delivery?

To maintain the quality and integrity of our specialty rental inventory, we do not allow anyone else to deliver or handle our items. Our PR Design sales and delivery team will provide a full-service experience from start to finish.

Can I work with my Party Reflections sales rep on my PR Design order?

While we understand that you work closely with the sales reps over at Party Reflections, all PR Design orders must go through our account executive, Morgan Arvoy.

Can I pick up my rentals from your showroom?

Due to the delicate nature of these items, PR Design requires that all items be delivery only.
